Who doesn't love adding a pop of colour to their look with a beautiful shade of lipstick? The lipstick market is booming and there are a number of shades of lip colours that are available in the market. But there are always some shades that are more in trend than the others and if you're a fashion-conscious person you may want to pick the trending shade of lip colour that you use to look all dolled up.

But you can't really head to a store and ask the lady behind the counter for the trending lip colours, the best way to go about it is to find some inspiration from the inspiring and fashionable leading ladies of tinsel town. 1. Pink

Just because winters are here doesn't mean that you cannot wear some cute and pastel pink lipstick. Our leading ladies have been sporting all shades from a deep magenta to baby pink. We haven't seen enough of this shade but we have seen some subtle browns that are taking over the market. 3. Plum

This shade nearly disappeared and we haven't seen much of it in the past few months because our B-town fashionistas have been sporting light and pastel shades and going all classy and classic with their lip colours. But with Sonam Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra's plum lip colour, it seems that this shade is back in trend!

4. Nude

Kareena Kapoor Khan's most loved shade of lipstick can never really go out of trend and this season we've seen her sport some nude shades with pink and brown undertones and Sonakshi Sinha seems to have a new found love for this shade as well and we cannot forget Janhvi Kapoor's deep brown nude lip colour with her metallic outfit.

5. Peach

With coral being the colour of the year, this year seems to be coming to an end with some tones of coral and peaches. Alia Bhatt, Hina Khan, Ananya Panday and a number of other starlets have been sporting different shades of peach with slight coral undertones and we're loving this beautiful shade that is going around.
