Everyone’s favourite royal (After Princess Diana); Kate Middleton sure does know how to rock maternity wear and her appearances are proof. The Duchess of Cambridge made her last public appearance recently, before going on a maternity leave and every is left in awe. Kate wore black skinny jeans and also a non-maternity top which was a floral printed Rosie Top from Hobbs. The Duchess was accompanied by her husband. She threw in a beige coat by British label, GOAT. The mother of two was seen beaming with happiness and this isn't the first time that she has relied on high street British label for her chic pregnancy appearances. Recently reports revealed that Kate Middleton’s engagement announcement dress had created quite a stir and to everyone’s happiness, the outfit was stocked up in a rainbow of colours and is also super affordable. Much before the ‘Meghan Effect’, it was the ‘Kate Effect’ which still exists with an equal fanfare and uproar. It is so prevalent that even eight years down the line her navy blue Issa London dress is still in high demand.

The stunning outfit is back in stock in a total of 7 colours and with a massive price drop. The Kate Tie Wrap dress is available in an emerald green colour on the House of Fraser website. The outfit is available for $120 dollars. The dress also has a lot of variations to it to please everyone’s fashion likings. The outfit was originally sold out for a whopping $600 but the price dips comes around just before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding which is to take place on the 19th of May.
