At the inauguration ceremony of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, it was not just the two of them who made jaw-dropping statements. With a range of performers including Lady Gaga and Jennifer Lopez and a large number of guests including former POTUS and FLOTUS, Barack and Michelle Obama, it was definitely an event not to be missed!

While Madam Vice president Kamala Harris made quite a statement with her purple outfit, Michelle Obama's striking power suit was equally iconic. The former First Lady of the United States, picked out an outfit by Sergio Hudson. She wore plum-toned trousers with a matching turtleneck and an overcoat. Black gloves, Stuart Weitzman boots and a face mask kept her safe during the pandemic. A statement gold buckle belt on her waist, added a touch of power to her look.
The outfit was created by black designer Sergio Hudson, who has previously worked with Rihanna and Beyonce to create equally iconic looks.
A flawless blowout ensured Mrs Obama looked fabulous at the ceremony.

She was accompanied by husband and former President, Barack Obama who looked dapper in a black trench coat, navy trousers and a black face mask that matched his wife's.
We truly loved Michele Obama's powerful yet strikingly chic look from head to toe. The gold buckle only added some oomph to her outfit!
