We got a chance to visit the sets of Mixtape Punjabi and interact with Harbhajan Mann and Akriti Kakar.
The third episode of T-Series Mixtape Punjabi is out. It's a mashup of two popular songs - Gallan Goriyan and Aaja Soniye. The song features Harbhajan Mann and Akriti Kakar and you would love this jodi for the masti they bring to the table. We got a chance to visit the sets of Mixtape and interact with Harbhajan and Akriti.
Not just we got cover the behind-the-scenes, Harbhajan and Akriti also played some games with us. We gave them two songs to make an instant mashup of. The next game that we gave them was to identify the tune and sing the song.
Talking about the nostalgic element, Akriti said, "He brings back a lot of nostalgia for me and I constantly had that smile on my face while performing with him. I am very happy that I got this chance to collaborate with the real singer of the song Gallan Goriyan. Like I mentioned earlier, I have been his fan since teenage and makes it really special to perform with him on Mixtape Punjabi. It is like old wine in new bottle."
Harbhajan added, "Once I was joking with Akriti Kakkar that it feels she is not singing the song with me but for me. I'm glad Tseries didn't pair me with a male singer and instead chose Akriti Kakkar, which I feel has truly brought out the beauty of the song. Abhijit Vaghani has done a brilliant job of mixing these two songs so seamlessly."
