Aishwarya Rai Bachchan REVEALS her next project post opting out of Gulab Jamun with Abhishek Bachchan; WATCH
In an interview, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan spoke about her upcoming project after Abhishek and she opted out of Sarvesh Mewara’s Gulab Jamun. Read to know more.
Amidst all the buzz, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan were to be seen together after 8 years in Sarvesh Mewara’s Gulab Jamun. However, the life of this good news was cut short when the news broke that two have opted out from the film and won’t be seen together anytime soon. This surely left the fans of Abhishek and Aishwarya extremely disappointed. Fortunately, now, Aishwarya will be seen in a new project and her fans can rejoice since the actor revealed this in an interview.
In a recent interview, Aishwarya spoke about a script which she really liked and has finalised it. She also mentioned that she wouldn't be revealing any details about the project since it was the producer and director call to do so. However, she did express her excitement about the upcoming project and her character. She also mentioned that film will be going on the floors by the end of this year.
Aishwarya said, “Normally when it comes to announcing my future projects, I leave it to the prerogative of my directors and producers. I have just very recently okayed a wonderful script and idea and character. So, I’ll let them make the announcement. And that is to start much later this year. There’s is also another true life episode that story and Idea that I found interesting and will be hearing it soon. So, if there are announcements, you will surely get to know.”

On her professional front, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was last seen in Fanney Khan with Rajkummar Rao and Anil Kapoor. In the movie, Aishwarya played the role of a superstar who gets kidnapped by the father of an aspiring singer. The movie did average business at the box office. However, Aishwarya’s look in the film was liked by her fans.
