Nayagi Teaser: Trisha's Latest Outing Promises to be a Scary Joyride
In a development that is bound to send fans of Southern cinema into a state of frenzy, the official teaser of the much-hyped Nayagi has finally been released. And to say the very least it catches the viewer by surprise courtesy its funny yet dark tone. Moreover, the teaser also grabs eyeballs because of Trisha Krishnan’s intense expressions and vivacious screen presence. We must say this could turn out to be a true test for the Khatta Meetha star.
Judging by the teaser, Nayagi appears to be a horror-comedy and features Trisha as the titular character. Directed by Govi, the film is a Tamil-Telugu bilingual. Its Telugu version is titled Nayaki.
Besides Trisha, the film also features Brahmanandam,, Jayaprakash and Sushma Raj in the lead. Interestingly, the film set in the 1980’s and has been shot in Chennai.
Moreover, according to some earlier reports, Trisha liked the script of Nayagi so much that she agreed to star in it within five minutes.
