Last seen in Dear Comrade, Vijay Deverakonda will prep up for iSmart Shankar director Puri Jagannadh's next. The pre-production of this film is on and reportedly, the shooting of the film will commence in January next year. According to reports, the makers of the film are planning to title Fighter. However, no official confirmation regarding the same has been made yet. There is a huge buzz around the film ever since it has been announced and reports have also emerged that Boney Kapoor and late Sridevi's daughter Janhvi Kapoor might play the lead but there is no word regarding the same.
