After a strong buzz and many social media trends about the film's update, finally, producer Boney Kapoor has shared something interesting about Ajith Kumar starrer.
Ajith Kumar's upcoming film Valimai has been the talk of the town since its inception. Social media was recently flooded with requests from fans about the first look update on Ajith’s long-pending project Valimai. Now after a strong buzz and many social media trends about the film's update, finally producer Boney Kapoor has shared something interesting about Ajith Kumar starrer. Boney Kapoor took to Twitter and revealed details about Valimai's promotions and first look. He wrote, "The first look and the promotions of #Valimai will be initiated from May1st on the occasion of Mr #AjithKumar's 50th birthday #AK50."
Recently, Thala Ajith's fans went berserk and started demanding the film's update even during political events in Chennai. This had left the Viswasam actor upset after which he had put out a statement last month. "Cinema is just entertainment for you. But for me it is my profession. My decisions depend on my work and social welfare. Our respect in this society is decided by our actions. I hope that those who truly love me will act accordingly," he said in a long statement.
Be it at Chepauk Stadium during the India-England test cricket match or during PM Narendra Modi's political rally in Chennai, Valimai has been everywhere. Even Boney Kapoor confirmed that the first look update will be out soon. "Wanakam. Humbled by your love towards our film “Valimai”. Bear with us as we work on presenting the First look soon. It’s in the best interests of the film. #Valimai #ValimaiUpdate #AjithKumar," he wrote post the controversy.
Valimai is directed by Vinoth and this is the director's second project together with Ajith after Nerkonda Paarvai, the Tamil remake of the Bollywood film Pink, in 2019.
