Thalapathy 64: Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi to shoot in Shivamogga prison for 40 days
According to latest reports, the makers of Thalapathy 64 have headed to Karnataka for the fourth schedule after wrapping up the shoot in Delhi. Thalapathy Vijay and Vijay Sehtupathi will be shooting for important scenes at Shivamogga prison in Karnataka.
After the huge success of Bigil, Thalapathy Vijay has kick-started shooting for his next upcoming film, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Tentatively titled Thalapthy 64, the shooting of the film commenced last month and the team has already wrapped up three schedules. According to latest reports, the makers of the film have headed to Karnataka for the fourth schedule after wrapping up the shoot in Delhi. Thalapathy Vijay and Vijay Sehtupathi will be shooting for important scenes at Shivamogga prison in Karnataka.
The shooting will happen in prison and the surrounding areas for the next 40 days. The major part of the film's shoot has been done at a college in Delhi. A few pictures of Vijay from the sets had recently made their way to the Internet. One of the photos showed Vijay wearing sunglasses, bracelet in his right hand, sporting a moustache and a beard. While his first look from Thalapathy 64 leaked online, the makers have beefed up the security on the sets. Thalapathy 64 is being bankrolled by Britto under his banner XB Creators and will have music by Anirudh Ravichander.
Reportedly, after Karnataka, the team of Vijay starrer will head to Kerala for the final schedule of the film. Thalapathy 64 also stars Malavika Mohanan, Antony Varghese, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj. Gouri Kishan, Ramya Subramanian and Soundarya Nandakumar in important roles.

The makers of the film are planning t wrap up the shooting by February and will hit screens Summer 2020.
