While his upcoming film Bigil is making the right noise, Vijay's next Thalapathy 64 is also the talk of the town. Written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the shooting of the film finally went on floors recently. As we all know, Vijay Sethupathi is also a part of the film and will be seen as the antagonist in Thalapathy 64. The makers of Vijay starrer recently made an announcement about the film's star cast and now, the audience is eagerly looking forward to knowing what's in the store.

While nothing much about the film is out, director Lokesh Kanagaraj at the press meet of Kaithi spoke about Thalapathy 64. The filmmaker stated, “I can’t reveal much about #Thalapathy64 now.. Will talk about it later..” Meanwhile, the shooting of Thalapathy 64 kick-started a few days ago in Chennai and Vijay has started prepping up for the same. Earlier, director Lokesh Kanagaraj revealed details about his next with Vijay, he said, "You will get to watch never-seen-before Vijay in the movie and it will be a never-seen-before Vijay film."
