Vijay Sethupathi is one of the kind actors in the cinema industry, and it is well known that he is one of the first to offer a helping hand when it comes to struggling artists. The versatile actor is currently in a huge grief as he is the lead actor in director SP Jananathan’s last film Laabam. The director breathed his last yesterday. According to media reports, Vijay Sethupathi visited Jaganathan at the hospital when he was receiving treatment.

Now, media reports suggest that Vijay Sethupathi has offered to pay the full medical expenses of the late director. According to the reports, for the past few days, SP Jaganathan was busy with the post production work of the upcoming film Laabam. However, on Thursday, Jaganathan was not present at the editing table and when his assistants tried to visit him at his residence, he was found unconscious. It is believed that SP Jananathan initially suffered a brain damage and he was treated for the same at a private hospital.

However, he suffered a cardiac arrest yesterday. Kollywood celebrities and fans are shocked by the demise of SP Jananathan and are pouring their condolences on social media. Laabam starring Vijay Sethupathi and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles is one of the highly anticipated Kollywood films. It is to be noted that Vijay Sethupathi’s Purampokku Engira Podhuvudamai was also directed by SP Jaganathan.
