Official: Vijay Deverakonda attends the launch of his next with Shiva Nirvana, co-starring Samantha; PICS

Post a trip to Europe, Vijay Deverakonda has come back to Hyderabad. Now, the actor is back in action and was spotted at the launch of his next with Shiva Nirvana. He looked dapper in a beige kurta pajama with an embellished vest and black flip-flops.

Samantha will also star in the project alongside VD. This is their second film together. These two had earlier joined forces for the 2018 biopic Mahanati.

According to reports, the film is set against the backdrop of Kashmir. The reports further believe that the shoot for the movie will also commence shortly. Hridayam composer, Hesham Abdul Wahab will be rendering tunes for Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha's forthcoming venture. Further details about his drama will be revealed with time. 

For now, Vijay Deverakonda will next headline Puri Jagannadh's much talked about sports drama, Liger with Ananya Panday as the leading lady. The Arjun Reddy star will essay the role of a kickboxer with a stammering issue in the flick. The venture will be coming to theatres across the country on 25 August. 

Meanwhile, he also has another pan-India drama with Puri Jagannadh titled as Jana Gana Mana in his kitty. The movie was announced with a bang, a few weeks ago. Lead Vijay Deverakonda, who will play an Army officer in the film, made a grand entry in a chopper. Jana Gana Mana is said to be releasing in the theatres on 3 August 2023.
