Kadaram Kondan: Chiyaan Vikram's film gets banned in Malaysia; Here's why
Vikram's international-based fans are quite upset as his recently released film, Kadaram Kondan, has been banned in Malaysia.
Chiyaan Vikram has earned a huge fan following all over the world with his powerful onscreen performances. The actor makes sure to deliver the best with his every film and his recently released film Kadaram Kondan has hit the right note at the box office. The film opened to a positive response from the audience. Vikram plays a double agent named KK in the film. However, Vikram's international-based fans are quite upset as the film has been banned in Malaysia. Though the film was completely shot in the same country, Kadaram Kondan has been banned there.
According to social media buzz, the government of the country is not happy with the portrayal of the Malaysia police in the film. Despite the ban, Vikram's loyal fans are flying to Singapore to watch the film. Trade analyst Ramesh Bala wrote, "#KadaramKondan which was completely shot in #Malaysia is banned by the country's Film Censorship Board of Malaysia. The Govt is not happy with the way #Malaysian Police and Society were shown in the movie.. #ChiyaanVikram fans flying to #Singapore to watch the movie."
