'Chiyaan Vikram did not have cardiac arrest': Doctors CONFIRM
The doctors have confirmed in a medical bulletin that Chiyaan Vikram did not suffer from a cardiac arrest.
The doctors have confirmed that Chiyaan Vikram did not suffer from a cardiac arrest. Their medical bulletin read, "Popular Tamil actor Mr. Vikram has been admitted to Kauvery Hospital with complaints of chest discomfort. He was evaluated and treated by a team of specialist doctors. He did not have a cardiac arrest, is currently clinically stable."
His son Dhruv Vikram also posted a note on Instagram stating the same. The actor is expected to be discharged from the hospital soon. For the unversed, Chiyaan Vikram was immediately rushed to the hospital after he felt discomfort in the chest and underwent an angioplasty yesterday. The actor was supposed to attend the grand teaser launch of Mani Ratnam's magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan in Chennai at 6 PM this evening, however, given his health, that could not happen. As the news of his hospitalization reached the netizens, hashtags like #GetWellSoon and #ChiyaanVikram started trending on Twitter.
