Hansika Motwani wishes ex Silambarasan on his birthday and shares a new romantic poster from Maha

South star Silambarasan aka Simbu turns a year older today and fans are showering him with best wishes on social media. The Tamil star is being showered with birthday love and many close friends from the film industry also sent him best wishes on social media. Actress and Simbu's ex Hansika Motwani also wished the actor on Twitter with a sweet birthday note. The stunner tweeted, "Happiest birthday @SilambarasanTR_ have a blessed year." Meanwhile, Hansika Motwani also shared a new romantic poster from their upcoming film Maha. 

Their sizzling chemistry in the new poster has caught everyone's attention. Directed by debutant filmmaker U.R.Jameel, Maha reunites Hansika and Simbu on the big screen after years. The actor will be seen playing a small yet important role in the film. Well, there was a time when exes would hardly look at each other after the breakup. However, things have changed and it's not the same case now. Hansika and STR are among a few couples who set an example of how it is possible to remain cordial with your ex even after a much-publicised affair.

Hansika Motwani and Simbu had gone on record and confirmed their relationship on social media. While Hansika had tweeted, "Been hearing to many rumours about my life personal life, so jus wana clear. yes! I'm seeing Str :) hence I wouldn't like to talk about my personal life [sic]."

Simbu wrote, "Yes, I'm with Hansika and right now she is doing really good and marriage will be decided by our family. (I) hope you will respect our privacy. [sic]" However, a few years after dating each other, things didn't work and their relationship fell apart.
