Now, Tamil star Suriya gets diagnosed with COVID 19 and the other took to social media to share about the same. Yesterday, Suriya took to Twitter and shared the news with everyone about being tested positive of COVID-19.
He wrote, "I am suffering from 'corona' infection and am receiving treatment. We will all realize that life has not yet returned to normal. Can't be paralyzed with fear. At the same time, safety and attention are essential. Love and thanks to the dedicated supportive physicians." As soon as the news was out, worried fans and well-wishers prayed for his speedy recovery. After Suriya's tweet, filmmaker Rajsekar Pandian also assured Suriya's worried fans that he is well and there is nothing to worry. He wrote, “Dear Brothers and Sisters Anna’s fine and nothing to worry." The actor is also gearing up for Suriya 40 helmed by Pandiraj.
On the work front, Suriya has a couple of films in the kitty. His Tamil anthology Navarasa which is being backed by Mani Ratnam is slated to release on Netflix.
