Chinmayi Sripaada says her viral photo with Nithyananda is morphed; Check it out
Popular singer Chinmayi Sripaada has been in the news of late as a photo showcasing her with Nithyananda has been doing rounds on the internet. She tookl to her Twitter handle to reveal that her picture with him is a morphed one
Popular singer Chinmayi Sripaada, who is known for her many hit songs such as Oru Deivam Thantha Poove, Yenno Yenno Varnala and Yen Minikki among others has been in the news of late as a photo showcasing her with Nithyananda has been doing rounds on the internet. For the unversed, Nithyananda is accused of several cases including charges of rape and child abuse.
And now, Chinamayi took to her Twitter handle to reveal that her picture with him is a morphed one and she is the victim of the fake viral photo. She shared the original picture as well as the fake one and wrote, "I don't why these fans are doing this all over again after I have established that this photo is fake. Are they doing this for free or is this paid?" After her tweet, the Twitter user who used the morphed picture on the handle deleted the tweet. Check out the tweet right below.
The playback singer is one of the vocal celebs down south who doesn't fear to call spade a spade. She has been an active #MeToo crusader as well. For the unversed, she had exposed that Tamil lyricist Vairamuthu had sexually harassed her on work trips 13 years ago. Recently, the songstress and dubbing artist took to her Twitter handle to criticize a man for making fun of a woman who was accused of indecency.
Chinmayi wrote, "The pathetic problem is how this man justifies a swiggy delivery man advising a woman to wear a Dupatta is ‘decent’ and asks the ‘aunty’ to be grateful he was decent. For a delivery person - A house that he /she /they deliver to is a Workplace for the delivery person.” She added,“Just like your home is the Workplace for your cleaning staff, driver, chef, courier delivery agents or other working professionals,” she added.
