Bigil Box Office Collection Day 9: Thalapathy Vijay starrer enters Rs 10 crore club in Chennai

Thalapathy Vijay and Nayanthara starrer Bigil is continuing its strong run not only in India but also in the international markets. The film directed by Atlee released on October 25^th and it opened to a massive response by the audience and critics alike. In Tamil Nadu, Bigil has collected over Rs 10 crore in Chennai itself. With this, Bigil becomes Vijay's fourth film to do so after Theri, Mersal and Sarkar. The sports-drama has been setting new records at the box office with each passing day. Within a few days of its release, Bigil made it to Rs 200 crore club with its worldwide business.

In the USA and the UK, Vijay starrer has collected Rs 7.21 crore and Rs 4.14 crore, respectively. It has created havoc at Malaysia box office with Rs 6.76 crore business in the first week. Ramesh Bala tweeted, "#Bigil joins the Prestigious 10 Crs Gross Club in #Chennai City... It is the 4th #Thalapathy @actorvijay ... to join the club after #Theri , #Mersal and #Sarkar." Clearly, the sports-thriller is expected to do well in the coming days. Tamil film Bigil, which is called Whistle is Telugu, has taken box office by storm.
