Ranjith Sankar had recently released details about his upcoming film which is titled Kamala. The director will soon begin the work on this film which stars Aju Varghese in the lead. The director further added that the film, Kamala is a thriller and he is trying to do his best after delivering films like Passenger and Arjunan Sakshi. The film Kamala revolves around the incidents that take place within the time span of 36 hours. The filmmaker says that when he wrote this script, he kept thinking of all the possible male leads that could play the lead in this film. But, the director says he wasn't finding anyone suitable to play the lead in Kamala.
Interestingly, the director one day thought of Aju Varghese and soon he realized that the film can only star him in the lead. Aju Varghese essays the character of a regular, funny yet a complicated hero in Kamala. Aju Varghese will next feature in Sachin alongside Dhyan Sreenivasan. This duo will also be seen pairing up in Love Action Drama, that also stars Nayanthara as the female lead.
This film is the directorial debut of Dhyan Sreenivasan and Jomon T John will be doing the cinematography for this film. The latest poster of Love Action Drama has actors Nivin Pauly and Aju Varghese in it. Love Action Drama has music by Shaan Rahman. If the reports are to be believed then this film's story looks similar to Sreenivasan's film, Vadakkunokkiyanthram. The fans are eagerly waiting to see Aju Varghese create some magical moments on the big screen very soon.
