First Look: Ayushmann Khurana kick-starts Sriram Raghavan's Shoot The Piano Player

Ayushmann Khurana kick-started the shoot of his Sriram Raghavan movie today.

Ayushmann Khurana took to his social media handle to share a special picture. That's right, the talented actor has kick-started the shoot of Sriram Raghavan's next, Shoot The Piano Player.

Ayushmann shared the picture saying, "I missed the match. But started something really exciting. Great day at office on day 1 in Pune. Sriram Raghavan's Shoot The Piano Player. #ShootBegins." In the picture, a bearded Ayushmann is seen playing the piano in a dimly lit room, with a cat and a window in the backdrop.

The movie is being co-produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and Matchbox Pictures and feautres power house actress Tabu. This is the first time that Ayushmann and Tabu are coming together on-screen. Sriram's last venture, the Varun Dhawan starrer Badlapur, received rave reviews from the critics. All eyes are on this one to see how it will shape up.

Sriram had spoken about his thriller saying, "This is a genre that has always excited me, and I am looking forward to associate with Viacom 18 Motion Pictures for my upcoming film.”

Ayushmann was recently seen in the movie Meri Pyari Bindu opposite Parineeti Chopra. The movie, which was a sort of a comeback movie for Parineeti, did not fare well at the box office. However, Ayushmann has been excited about his upcoming movie and about teaming up with talented artists such as Tabu and Sriram.
