Ravindra Jadeja and wife Reeva name their little princess Nidhyana
Ravindra Jadeja took to Twitter to announce the name of his new-born daughter.
Popular cricketer Ravindra Jadeja and wife Reeva became proud parents of a litle girl recently. The proud dad today took to Twitter to reveal the little one's name. He wrote, "We have named our bundle of joy and little princess "Nidhyana" #daughter." Isn't that adorable? The name has a Sanskrit origin which means Intuition.
Jadeja who was not with his wife when she delivered their baby had mentioned, “I had to leave my pregnant wife behind. Family matters a lot to me, but it was also necessary to be part of the team with an important match coming up against Pakistan.” Jadeja was referring to the match against Pakistan at Edgbaston where India defeated the arch rivals by 124 runs. The match was captained by Virat Kohli.
Ravindra Jadeja and Reeva were first introduced by Jadeja's sister Nayna. After that the couple dated for an year and love blossomed between the two. They tied the knot in an intimate ceremony surrounded by dear and near ones on April 17 last year.
Many friends and well-wishers took to Twitter to bless and wish the happy parents on their new journey. Virat Kohli wrote, “Congratulations Jaddu on the new journey of Fatherhood, lots of love to the little angel @imjadeja."
Jadeja is all set to take on his next challenge to represent India in the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 semi-final against Bangladesh on Thursday.
