Alia Bhatt adds glitz and glamour to Amazon India Fashion Week 2017

Post her birthday celebration and Badrinath Ki Dulhania success party, it was all about work for Alia Bhatt today. The lovely actress graced the on-going Amazon India Fashion Week and here is the 24-year-old walking the ramp for designer Namrata Joshipura.

Donning a beautiful glitzy black outfit, Alia looked gorgeous as she walked the ramp with much elegance and confidence. Teaming her attire with a neat hairdo, soft makeup and a pair of black heels, the Dear Zindagi star was indeed a treat.

Speaking about the success run of her latest release, Badrinath Ki Dulhania that also stars Varun Dhawan, the romantic comedy has minted Rs 73.66 crore in just seven days of its release and is soon to enter the much awaited 100-crore club.

Varun also hosted a success party last night in Mumbai, which was attended by the likes of Karan Johar, Alia, Kriti Sanon, Sonakshi Sinha and John Abraham among others.

The flick has become the third highest opener after Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees and Akshay Kumar’s Jolly LLB 2.

BKD is Alia and Varun’s third project together after their debut with Karan Johar’s Student of the Year and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania (produced under Dharma banner.)

While Varun was seen portraying the role of Badri- a Jhansi boy in the film, Alia played the role of a Kota girl, Vaidehi.

Alia who currently has a lot on her plate will commence the shoot of her upcoming projects after a break. She has been roped in for two interesting projects- Dragon opposite Ranbir Kapoor and Gully Boy alongside Ranveer Singh.
