Kabir Khan and Harshalee Malhotra bag laurels at the ITA awards!

‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ broke many records and entered the Rs 300 crore club. The heart warming tale of Pawan aka Bajrangi Bhaijaan and little Munni won our hearts. And this was duly credited at the Indian Television Academy awards held Sunday night. The 15th Indian Television Academy (ITA) Awards was held at the film city in Goregaon.

Director of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ Kabir Khan was awarded the Best Director award and little wonder Harshaleei Malhotra won the Best Child Artiste at the ITA awards. Kabir Khan shared this pic on a social networking site writing, “Our little Munni aka Harshalee wins her 1st award for #BajrangiBhaijaan at ITA Awards.”

‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ starred Salman Khan in the titular role along with Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The film released on July 17 and has been well appreciated worldwide because of its subject.
