Tony Awards 2022 Nominations: A Strange Loop dominates with 11 nods; See full list here

Tony Award winner Adrienne Warren and three-time nominee Joshua Henry unveiled the entire list of nominees for the 2022 Tony Awards on May 9. The musical A Strange Loop leads the group with eleven nominations, followed by MJ and Paradise Square, all of which received nine. 

However, it's not only the productions that are up for honours; the series' stars, cast, and staff have all received a distinction in their respective categories. Jesse Williams and Jesse Tyler Ferguson are competing for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Play for their roles in Take Me Out, which takes place in the locker room of a professional baseball club. Ron Cephas Jones, Michael Oberholtzer, Chuck Cooper, and Alfie Allen are among the other nominees 

Meanwhile, The 2022 Tony Awards, presented by Ariana DeBose, will be broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday, June 12. The event will air on CBS at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
