VMAs 2019: Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes all set to perform their sensuous song Senorita for the first time

Hollywood's hottest couple right now making headlines and everyone take note are undoubtedly Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello. The pop singers's whirlwind romance has their fans rooting for them loud, clear and even more after the release of their sensuous track Senorita. The chart buster number, with an unmissable chemistry between the two, is all set to go live. Camila and Shawn will be performing Senorita for the very first time at the upcoming 2019 Video Music Awards.
This means that fans will get to see both the singers bring their magic to the stage together. Since its release in June, Senorita debuted at number one on iTunes worldwide and broke Spotify’s record for the biggest debut from a male and female duet in its history, reported Variety.
Camila has been nominated in five categories this year including Song of Summer. For Shawn, he has been nominated in six categories including Artist of the Year and Best Collaboration. As per the VMA seating chart, the singer will be seated next to each other in the front row this year.
Speaking about how Senorita came about, Camila earlier told Variety, "The reception to Senorita, it’s been so cool to see. Especially because this song was eight months in the making. Shawn texted me the idea for the song, and he was like, ‘Oh my god, this is amazing that you want to do it'." She added, "Finally we were just like, ‘You know what, no pressure, let’s just go to the studio and try to finalize it and see how we feel about it. And then two weeks later we made the music video." MTV VMAs 2019 are slated to held on August 26 in Newark, New Jersey.
