We won't hide it, this has been a busy week for Hollywood. Several events unfolded, giving us some juicy and some jaw-dropping gossip. The week began with the People's Choice Awards taking place. From Robert Downey Jr to Jennifer Aniston and Kevin Hart, several stars were honoured awards by the PCAs 2019. However, the biggest shock came when BTS did not win a single award that they were nominated for. While BTS lost, BlackPink made history with their wins at the award show.

A few days after the jaw-dropping PCA results, People announced John Legend as the Sexiest Man Alive 2019. While it was welcomed with mixed responses, Legend's wife Chrissy Teigen was over the moon. Sticking to music, Taylor Swift caused a social media frenzy when she accused Scooter Braun and Scott Borchetta of not allowing her to play her music at the upcoming American Music Awards 2019.

While the music front made a lot of noise this week, the movies were not far behind either. Charlie's Angels' star Kristen Stewart couldn't stop fangirling over Robert Pattinson and an Avengers: Endgame leaked footage featuring Iron Man/Tony Stark and his teenage daughter Morgan also left everyone talking. Without further ado, here are a few newsmakers of the week:

BlackPink beats BTS at People's Choice Awards:

BTS was nominated for Group of 2019, Music Video of 2019 and Concert Tour of 2019. However, the seven-member boy band lost all the three awards to all-women K-Pop band BLACKPINK. Not only did they win the Group of 2019 and Concert Tour of 2019, but BLACKPINK's Kill This Love won the Music Video of 2019. Their victories resulted BlackPink becoming the first female k-pop to top music categories of People's Choice Awards 2019.

John Legend named Sexiest Man Alive of 2019:

People's Magazine announced John Legend is the ‘Sexiest Man Alive of 2019.’ The prestigious award was presented by Sexiest Man Alive of 2017 titleholder Blake Shelton on the live episode of The Voice. Following the announcement, Chrissy Teigen was on cloud nine. She flooded Twitter with tweets boasting about her husband and changed her Twitter bio to: "currently sleeping with people's sexiest man alive."

Taylor Swift vs Scooter Braun:

The biggest shocker of the week came from Taylor Swift's camp. The Lover singer took to the social media and accused Big Machine's Scooter Braun and Scott Borchetta are preventing her from using her older music. The singer said the company, which acquired Taylor's previous recording label, was not allowing her from singing her songs at American Music Awards 2019. Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Halsey and others came out to support Taylor. Big Machine Records reacted to the allegations and wrote, "At no point did we say Taylor could not perform on the AMAs or block her Netflix special. In fact, we do not have the right to keep her from performing live anywhere."

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello's steamy make out:

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello stepped out to watch a basketball match and ended up breaking the internet. The couple shifted focus from the match to themselves when they began making out. Photos took no time to go viral and left everyone on the internet.

Avengers: Endgame leaked deleted scene:

Earlier this week, a deleted scene from Avengers: Endgame featuring Iron Man aka Tony Stark and Morgan Stark made its way on the social media platform. The scene featured Katherine Langford as the daughter, who meets Robert Downey Jr's Tony Stark.
