The Rock calls himself Baby Yoda's father; can't wait to introduce him to his 'little brother' Kevin Hart
The Rock took to his Instagram page to share a meme of himself cradling Baby Yoda, referring to himself as his father. Furthermore, the Jumanji: The Next Level star took a dig at his co-star and close friend Kevin Hart as well.
Everyone is currently obsessed with Baby Yoda! Even if one may not be a die-hard Star Wars fan, social media has made it very hard to avoid the adorableness of Baby Yoda, who is a part of the Disney Plus show The Mandalorian starring Pedro Pascal. In a span of just a few cute scenes, Baby Yoda has won a million hearts and counting! Joining the bandwagon is Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, who is currently on a promotional spree for his upcoming release, Jumanji: The Next Level.
The Rock took to his Instagram page to share a manip of himself cradling Baby Yoda in his arms as if he were his own child. The cuteness factor was raised to more than a 100 as we couldn't get over the Star Wars reference of "Luke, I am your father." Even Dwayne's caption had the "I am your father" reference which has become an iconic pop culture moment from Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back (1980) between Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker.
Check out Johnson's IG post below:
The Rock's IG caption reads as, "Thank you all so much for your well wishes, love & support. Can’t wait to bring this little nugget home to meet his brother @kevinhart4real. Via @complexpop #iamyourfather"
Even when talking about Star Wars, Dwayne can't stop himself from ribbing Kevin!
Meanwhile, The Rock and Kevin Hart will next be seen in Jumanji: The Next Level, which also stars Jack Black, Karen Gillan and Nick Jonas. Jumanji: The Next Level is slated to release on December 13, 2019.
