Emmys 2019 was the last time ever that we got to see the main cast of Game of Thrones together, center stage. In May 2019, the iconic series took a final bow with season 8 marking an end to the show. At the Emmys, GOT was honoured with two awards - Outstanding Drama Series and Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for Peter Dinklage. It was a befitting way to say goodbye to the show, with an all-time high! Now, four prequels to Game of Thrones is being worked upon with the first one, tentatively titled Bloodmoon or The Longest Night, already wrapped shooting.

Starring Oscar-nominated actress Naomi Watts as a titular character, this paticular prequel takes place 5000 years before the events of GOT and delves into the confrontation with the White Walkers. Naomi was a part of the Emmys 2019 as a presenter and even hung out with some of the cast members from Game of Thrones like Lena Headey and Gwendoline Christie. Given the show's immense popularity and fanbase, what does Watts have to say about the pressure surrounding the prequels?

"I'm trying not to think about it. Yeah, but it is evident how well done it is," the 50-year-old actress confessed to Entertainment Tonight post Emmys 2019.

Furthermore, while talking about the epic Emmys 2019 moment when the entire GOT cast accepted the Emmy for Oustanding Drama Series, Naomi shared with ET, "It was an iconic moment tonight at the end there, watching them all up on stage having gone through such a long period of time and they're so well-connected and bonded, and you know they've all done such an incredible job."
