Marvel superheroes Josh Brolin, Don Cheadle, and Sebastian Stan are ready to star in Steven Soderbergh’s next project Kill Switch which is a crime drama from the 1950s. The superheroes are going to play the role of criminals who would carry out a home invasion. The script of the movie is written by Ed Solomon and it is produced by Casey Silver. If reports are to be believed, the film will soon be taken to the studios while the filming would commence from next summer.
Speculations for the movie is really high and is said to be because of its starry cast, powerful screenplay, and status of Oscar-winning director Steven Soderbergh. According to Collider, Steven’s new film will be set in 1950’s Detroit and would have criminals in it. This might sound cliche, but we all trust Steven as he has done wonders with simple premises before as well. He is also collaborating with Ed Solomon the writer of Men in Black and Bill and Ted movies as well.
The two have worked once before on the series Mosaic that premiered on HBO a couple of years ago. Their upcoming project hasn’t had a studio home yet but will surely be in process soon and it is said that multiple parties are interested in the project given the quality of the talent and script of the project.
