Captain America: Civil War (2017) was more or less a mini Avengers movie minus Thor and The Hulk, which saw Steve Rogers being pitted against Iron Man. It was Baron Zemo, who was able to build a major rift between the Avengers that led to the epic yet heartbreaking Captain America vs. Iron Man fight. Eventually, after attaining the goal of seeking revenge for his family's death in Sokovia, Zemo tries to commit suicide. However, he is stopped by T'Challa and handed over to the authorities.

Finally, Zemo's storyline will continue in the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. At San Diego Comic-Con 2019, Phase 4 lineup included the Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie starrer. The Hall H crowd got a sneak peek at Zemo's first look in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Daniel Brühl took to Instagram to treat the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) fans with the first look. Sharing two stills, the first photo is a normal Civil War era look but it's the second shot that left us intrigued. We got to see Zemo's costume for the series along with the mask. The colour of the uniform seems blurry but could surely be purple, which is associated with Zemo.
