Quite a few new developments seem to be in order for the cast of This Is Us! While actor Justin Hartley finalised his divorce, actress Mandy Moore has a new addition to the family. The lead actress of the hit show took to social media to announce the birth of her son with her husband Taylor Goldsmith. The couple also shared the first photo of their son and revealed his name as well to all their fans and followers.

Sharing an adorable photo, Mandy and Taylor called their little one a 'sweet boy'. The caption read, "Gus is here. Our sweet boy, August Harrison Goldsmith. He was punctual and arrived right on his due date, much to the delight of his parents. We were prepared to fall in love in all sorts of brand new ways, but it goes beyond anything we could have ever imagined. M + T."

Wishes quickly flooded in for the couple as the comments section was full of congratulatory messages. "Such precision Gus! Congrats you guys. Enjoy the most profound ride," wrote one friend of the couple.

Mandy Moore and her musician husband Taylor Goldsmith walked down the aisle in November 2018 in Los Angeles after three years of dating. Back in September 2020, the actress had announced her pregnancy and had written "Baby Boy Goldsmith coming early 2021." She has also been sharing her pregnancy journey with her fans and followers.
