Jon Moxley aka Dean Ambrose REVEALS the difference between his and CM Punk's WWE exit
In a recent interview, Jon Moxley aka Dean Ambrose got candid about why his post WWE interview was very different from CM Punk's WWE exit interview. Read below to know what Moxley had to say about the same.
Jon Moxley, formerly known as Dean Ambrose in WWE, has been wreaking havoc in the professional wrestling scene, ever since he quit the prestigious company. It was in January 2019, when news broke that Dean would not be renewing his contract with WWE post April. While we assumed that the wrestler would be taking a much-needed break from wrestling, Ambrose proved us wrong. He brought back Jon Moxley and made a surprise debut at AEW's PPV, Double or Nothing, ambushing both Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega.
Post his exit, Jon's interview with Chris on the latter's podcast went viral, as he targeted Vince McMahon's tyrannical ways and the problems with the creative team that he had to face on a daily basis. Many people compared Moxley's viral interview with CM Punk's WWE exit interview with The Art of Wrestling. However, Jon believes that there is a major difference between his and Punk's interview. While talking to 25 Years Later, Moxley revealed, "That’s probably the biggest difference between my interview and the Punk interview. He was basically saying fuck pro wrestling, and I was saying that I got my love of pro wrestling back. I want to wrestle everyone."
