George Clooney has been enjoying the quarantine in his L.A. mansion by spending quality time with his wife Amal. The two have been super busy with their twins and have taken their parenting roles very seriously. So much so that according to Life & Style magazine, George is reportedly considering becoming a full-time dad and planning on stepping away from the limelight of Hollywood. In an article headlined, “George: My Life As A Dad”, Clooney opened up about him relishing every moment of fatherhood.
According to the report, during the lockdown, George has been taking time out for his toddlers, which has led to him considering retirement. According to the article, George shares his thoughts about leaving Hollywood and becoming a stay-at-home father with his friends and that his kids are his ‘No.1 priority’. “He tells friends he contemplates leaving Hollywood to become a full-time parent all the time. Those children are his No. 1 priority these days, not work.” The source further explained how George is more interested in housework such as making furniture, building fences, and sewing his toddlers’ clothes.
Clooney always talks about how much he loves spending time with his family in countless interviews in the past. The actor-director has blessed Hollywood with some of the best on-screen performances in films like From Dusk till Dawn, One Fine Day, and Sky Kids. Although the news of his alleged retirement is devastating, Clooney hasn’t confirmed nor denied it. Even if the actor decides to take up the role of being a full-time father, we wish him good luck in all his endeavors.
