Game of Thrones Season 8: Is Arya Stark the chosen one to kill Cersei Lannister?
Melisandre's green eyes prophecy, which is directed at Arya Stark, may foreshadow how Cersei Lannister will meet her deathbed. Could Arya reign supreme again after defeating The Night King during the Battle of Winterfell?
Game of Thrones is reaching its imminent end as only three episodes are left from the final eighth season. Now that The Night King is defeated once and for all (maybe?) the next threat is the last war. Pitted against Daenerys Targaryen is the sinister Cersei Lannister, whose goal is to rip Khaleesi apart, root and stem. Episode 4 of GOT dives deep into the game plan of two powerful ladies but it will be interesting to note what role the Starks will play around the Iron Throne.
During the Battle of Winterfell, it was Melisandre who predicted that Arya would be killing The Night King. The proclamation was made way back in season 3 when Arya and The Red Woman met for the first time. Revisiting the past conversation, Melisandre reminded Arya in GOT Season 8 Episode 3, "I see a darkness in you. And in that darkness, eyes staring back at me: brown eyes, blue eyes, green eyes. Eyes you’ll shut forever." We know for a fact that the 'blue eyes' refers to The Night King and the 'brown eyes' refers to Walder Frey (responsible for The Red Wedding).

But, what about the 'green eyes'? Cersei Lannister, maybe? Is Melisandre already predicting the future outcome that Arya will reign supreme yet again and put an end to the tyranny of Cersei? Only time will tell!
