Christopher Nolan is in India to film his upcoming movie Tenet. The film will be shot in South Mumbai. We've got scoop on the film's Colaba schedule. Read all about it below.
Christopher Nolan has touched down in Mumbai, India, and he is all set to film his upcoming flick Tenet. The filmmaker was spotted making his way out of the airport earlier this weekend. The action-thriller stars John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Clémence Poésy, Michael Caine, Kenneth Branagh and Himesh Patel in the lead. It was previously reported that Tenet will be shot in South Mumbai. Pinkvilla had exclusively revealed that the team will be filming in South Mumbai's Colaba Causeway.
We have now learned more details about Nolan's plans. Sources tell us that Nolan and his team would be up and about on the wee hours of Monday. We wouldn't be surprised if they pull an all-nighter as the team of Tenet will be on the streets of Colaba even before the sun rises. We've heard that the filming would start at 5 am. It is obvious that the team wants to avoid the crowd and attention in the morning. Pinkvilla spotted the team prepping for the filming a few weeks ago.
Apart from the team's 10-day shoot in India, Tenet is being shot in several other international countries. The film began shooting in Estonia, back in July. Kapadia was spotted with Nolan filming a scene. Nolan will shoot the film in United Kingdom, Italy and India. This isn't the first time Nolan will be shooting in India. The filmmaker shot a portion of The Dark Knight Rises in Jodhpur. Stay tuned to Pinkvilla for more updates.
