Brad Pitt is on a roll. After wooing everyone with his summer release Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, the actor has generated a massive Oscar buzz with his performance in Ad Astra. Now, it is being reported that Brad may have just found a role in Guy Ritchie's next. The actor and director go back a long way. For the unversed, the duo worked together on Snatch, released in 2000. The British crime comedy film writer-director is now making a comedy thriller titled The Gentlemen and now wants Brad to star in it.

According to a Page Six report, Ritchie is keen on bringing Brad on board of his upcoming film starring Hugh Grant and Matthew McConaughey in the lead. The ace filmmaker wants to rope in Brad after the latter's impressive act in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. He loved him so much in the Quentin Tarantino film that he is adding a few "last-minute scenes" to bring Brad to the project.

A source told the international publication that Brad has been approached for the role. However, another insider has told that site that Pitt might not star in it. We'll have to wait until an official announcement to know what exactly is going on.

Meanwhile, Brad looks like a good contender in the upcoming Oscars. However, the actor, in a conversation with Entertainment Weekly, revealed he is choosing to abstain himself from the Oscar campaign explaining, "You never know, and it’s really nice when your number comes up." "The goal is for the film to land, to speak to someone whether it’s now or a decade from now. I find chasing it actually a disservice to the purity of your telling a story and a shackling thing to focus on," he said. Stay tuned to Pinkvilla for more updates.
