San Diego Comic-Con 2019 was jam-packed for MCU fans (Marvel Cinematic Universe) as the Marvel Studios Hall H panel saw the announcement of Phase 4 lineup. The equation between Natasha Romanoff and Clint Barton aka Hawkeye has been one of the cherished friendships in the MCU. Clint knew Natasha from before The Avengers were formed as they share history in "Budapest", which has been referred to several times. Meanwhile, Johansson also spoke about how she finds it a bit scary not having the cushion of her fellow Avengers around for Black Widow. "I mean, I hate to keep using the word ‘vulnerable,’ but you kind of feel like you've put yourself out there in a different way because the character stands on her own," Scarlett added.
Directed by Cate Shortland, Black Widow is slated to release on May 1, 2020.
