Billboard Music Awards 2019: Madonna and Maluma set the stage on fire with holograms; Watch Video
Madonna and Maluma performed on Medellin at the Billboard Music Awards 2019. The duo used holograms to make it a unique performance.
The Billboard Music Awards 2019 took place on May 1. The musical night saw some of the most memorable performances. The Jonas Brothers got the crowd grooving with their performance. BTS and Halsey set the stage on fire with a performance of their recently released Boy With Luv. However, no one could take Madonna off their minds. The singer added yet another feather to the list of mind-blowing performance with her Billboard Music Awards act. The legendary singer performed with Maluma.
The duo was seen performing on Medellín with several Madonnas on stage. Confused? Well, the queen of performances decided to experiment with holograms and what a sizzling performance it turned out to be. The singer joined Maluma to perform their recent collaboration and it was a treat to the eyes. Madonna was seen dancing amidst the crowd while the holograms performed on the stage. She eventually joined her holograms and performed a little tango. There were a little spanking and a lot of teasing which resulted in a great performance.
For her performance, Madonna sported a pirate-like look. She flaunted an eye-patch while wearing a black and white ensemble. Her holograms wore different outfits. Maluma turned up the mood by wearing a black buttoned-down black shirt and trousers.

Speaking about her performance, Madonna told Billboard that she had been preparing for the performance since months. She wanted to make sure she nails the technology.
Apart from the performances, Billboards Music Awards 2019 saw Drake take home the maximum number of awards. The singer took home 12 awards.
