Big Little Lies season 2 heads to its season finale episode this weekend. The tale of the "Monterey Five" tackling the death of Perry comes to an end this weekend. And it seems like Shailene Woodley might have dropped a huge spoiler.
Big Little Lies season 2 is nearing its end. The HBO show stars Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon, Shailene Woodley, Laura Dern and Bonnie Zoë Kravitz in the lead. The ladies bring to life the "Monterey Five" aka Celeste, Madeline, Jane, Renata and Bonnie to life. The famous five accidentally killed Celeste's husband, Perry, in the first season. The second season traces the aftermath of the accidental death in the second season. The ladies were joined by Meryl Streep in the second season, who plays Perry's mother, and what an epic performance she's been delivering.
As we inch towards the season finale, many big and little lies are coming out. However, there are a few big twists waiting for us in the final episode. And thanks to Shailene, we've been given one of them. Before you proceed ahead, we warn you, spoilers ahead. The Big Little Lies star recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Jimmy Kimmel and Shailene were discussing the upcoming episode when she said that HBO has given her permission to reveal one of the twists of the season finale episode.
Speaking about the episode, Woodley teased that the episode starts with a cliffhanger before. "In the beginning of the next episode - it’s a little bit of a cliffhanger," she says. She then reveals the twist. She said, "All of the women go to visit Perry’s grave and his body is missing." Wait! What! Where did Perry's body go? Is Mary Louise Wright involved in the kidnapping of Perry's body? What is going on? Or is Shailene messing with us? If it is, Shailene, it is not funny. We'll have to wait until this weekend to truly know what is going to happen.
