The Batman is shaping up to be one of those DC Hollywood flicks that everyone is really looking forward to, given how it is already making news for its casting choice. First up, we have Robert Pattinson replacing Ben Affleck as the new Batman! The casting choice left fans divided as some were not sure if the Twilight (2008) star could match up to the Caped Crusader while others felt that The Lighthouse star deserves a chance to prove his mettle.

Then came the rumours that director Matt Reeves is looking for a POC actress to take up the role of Catwoman. Now, it looks like Matt has finally found his Catwoman, and it's none other than Big Little Lies star Zoe Kravitz, according to Entertainment Weekly. Funnily enough, this is not the first time that Zoe has played Selina Kyle before. The actress was a part The Lego Batman Movie (2017) where she essayed Catwoman. Reeves took to his Twitter account to confirm the news with a GIF of Zoe saying "Hello!"

Previously, Anne Hathaway played Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises (2012). While Halle Berry was a part of a stand-alone film titled Catwoman (2004), Michelle Pfeiffer played Catwoman in Batman Returns (1992).
