Jackson was quizzed about his opinion on films in the MCU after Endgame. He said the character of Fury would already be looking at a new villain coming very soon.
There are more of the Avengers films from the Marvel Cinematic Universe post the release of Avengers: Endgame as per actor Samuel L. Jackson. He was apart of the initial actors who were brought on board for the film franchise who are very much a part of the universe. Samuel Jackson's Nick Fury has been a critical thread that binds the film series together. From the time of his introduction in the post-credit scene from Iron Man in 2008, Jackson has made it to a good 11 out of the 23 Marvel Cinematic Universe films, three of the film are releasing in this year, namely, Captain Marvel and Avengers: Endgame, the soon to be releasing Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Traditional heroes have to see their conclusion some day or the other in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but there is no urgency in getting Fury out of the picture just as yet. He can surely do for some more number of films. just yet. It can be said that Fury's character shall remain to be the element that binds the series together. Jackson was one of the major aspects for the events of 2012's The Avengers to take place. Marvel Studios have not put in any official word out for the upcoming films, yet Jackson feels a film for the MCU's team is sure to happen.
