After featuring in the iconic show Game of Thrones, Maisie has now signed a new project and the same is a six-part comedy series which is currently titled as Two Weeks to Live. Sky, a UK media and entertainment company, has made the announcement as well.

Speaking of the character, Williams will be playing the roles of Kim who is raised by a single mother in a rural place. She knows many bizarre survival techniques after her father died in suspicious circumstances.

The series will showcase grown-up Kim entering the real world for the first time and she begins a secret mission to honour her father's memory. Her mission takes major turn and leads to chaotic events.

Sky's media statement read as, "But Kim is no ordinary fish out of water -- she's more like a great white shark who knows how to strip a Smith & Weston SDVE pistol in 6 seconds flat, skin a deer to make a sleeping bag, and perform all the routines from 'Dirty Dancing'".
Maisie said in a statement, "Looking forward to getting into something new, I think 'Two Weeks To Live' has really great potential and I want to make something incredible with this wonderful team!"

This is Maisie's first TV project post Game of Thrones. The series was commissioned by Zai Bennett and Jon Mountague. It will be produced by Phil Temple and will start filming later this year. It will premiere next year. What are your views on the same? Let us know in the comments section below.
