The Family Man Season 2: Manoj Bajpayee starrer action thriller gets postponed; To release in Summer 2021

Manoj Bajpayee had won millions of hearts when he played the lead role in Raj & DK’s 2019 release action thriller The Family Man. The web series, which was released on the OTT platform, opened to rave reviews and won a lot of appreciation from the audience and critics. Ever since then, the viewers have been waiting eagerly for the second season of The Family Man. While there were reports that The Family Man 2 will be releasing on February 12, 2021, here’s an update about the release of the web series.

The makers have made an announcement revealing that the action entertainer has been postponed for release. Directors Raj & DK have released an official statement revealing that The Family Man Season 2 will now release in Summer this year. The statement read as, “We know you have been eagerly waiting for the new season of The Family Man. We are truly grateful and humbled by all the love! We have an update for you. The Family Man Season 2 will premiere on Amazon Prime Video this summer! We have been working super hard to get you a kickass season. And we are pretty sure you will love it. Can’t wait to bring it to you!”

To note, the makers didn’t divulge in details about postponing the web series. Talking about The Family Man season 2, apart from Manoj Bajpayee, the action thriller will also feature Samantha Akkineni, Priyamani, Seema Biswas, Darshan Kumaar, Sharad Kelkar in key roles. Interestingly, the web series will also mark Samantha’s much awaited digital debut.
