Ok there is no stopping Kangana Ranaut! The actress has managed to grab the top spot on our weekly Best Dressed list third week in a row! I mean she had a great week in two Theia looks. While I loved the white suit, I wasn't down with the hair. But the gown look was flawless!
Other looks I loved was Athiya and Kareena Kapoor. Who gets your vote?
