When Dipika Kakar ended up with a real injury to shoot for accident sequence on the set of ‘Sasural Simar Ka’
Dipika Kakar, who is currently seen in ‘Saasural Simar Ka’, had a minor injury the morning of her shoot which incidentally coincided with her accident scene on screen. Our source informs us, "There was an accident scene to be shot in ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ in which Dipika needed to look injured. Incidentally, the actress turned up on the sets the same morning with an injury and hence required no make-up."
When we contacted Dipika she confirmed saying, "Yes I actually hurt my lower lip in the morning and in fact am having difficulty delivering my dialogues as well. However, what has worked in my favor is that the script too demanded me to be injured and hence there is no need of make up for my scenes."
The actress made a brief stint in ‘Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa’. She is the first contestant to be eliminated this season.
