Divya Khosla Kumar, who is known for directing youth-oriented movies like Yaariyan and Sanam Re goes back to her acting roots in the short film, Bulbul. In the film, Divya plays the titular role of Bulbul who is in love with Shiv Pandit. However, Shiv is in love with Elli AvrRam. Shiv and Elli's marriage is fixed but that does not stop Divya from trying to win his heart. It is the perfect tale of unrequited love. In a candid chat with Pinkvilla, Divya spoke about the overwhelming response for Bulbul, how she prepped for the role as well as which actor is on her wishlist to direct.
