Upen Patel is not just easy on the eyes but is also a ridiculously good looking cook. As Pinkvilla asked him to put his chef hat on he cooked it up and made delicious Mustard Bake Chicken along with steamed veggies on the side.
Upen revealed how his six pack abs do not come easy and take dedication and effort to maintain. Hence, he picked his favourite dish out of his healthy cookbook and generously shared the recipe with us.

In May 2006, Upen Patel made his Bollywood début with the film 36 China Town, directed by the duo Abbas–Mustan. His next Bollywood movie was Namastey London, released in March 2007, where Upen played the character of a Pakistani Muslim living in London. The movie was a super hit received tonnes of love and appreciation.
In April 2007, his third film Shakalaka Boom Boom was released, which was produced and directed by Suneel Darshan. He also appeared in Money Hai Toh Honey Hai. Patel was a participant in the daily reality television show, Bigg Boss. Followed by Big Boss Upen also took part in Nach Baliye 7 along with Karishma Tanna. They went on to become one of the finalists.
