In Conversation with Executive Director & CEO of Kirloskar Systems Ltd- Manasi Kirloskar
On a sunny Wednesday afternoon, we got the chance to catch up with the dynamic young leader, Manasi Kirloskar- Executive Director & CEO of Kirloskar Systems Ltd.
She is a CEO with a creative edge, she likes her style to be grunge and hip, she is also a painter, writer, deep sea diver and mountaineer and now she has a legacy of over 130 years to take forward.
As we interviewed this millennial business woman she took us through how she manages her large inherited business group, in addition, how she has set up her own ventures as an entrepreneur.
Manasi reminiscences about how she followed her passion and dreams as she graduated in 2012 from the world reputed Rhode Island School of Design, Boston in BFA. The young business woman also took us through how she is back and is using all her creative inspiration and learning in the most innovative and interesting ways at her massive manufacturing business.
Having trained under Toyota, Manasi took us through interesting insights into the Japanese culture and management styles in this interview. She also narrated an interesting story about her travel experiences.
