The dream cast of Karan Johar's Kalank included Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt. The trio was often seen promoting in identical colours however for one promotional event, they opted for different looks. While Alia was dressed in red salwar kameez, Madhuri opted for a blue and grey sharara and Aditya rocked an all-black casual look.
