He talked about how his father pushed him to do things and taught him that he has to do everything on his own and work for what he wants. His father's decisions also impacted him greatly as it made him who he is today. He talked about how the examples he set for himself helped him become who he is today. He stopped giving excuses and focused on his insecurities and drove himself to do what he wants. The cricketer also said that although one can't avoid failures, one can only work hard and keep going. Failures drive you to become grounded and help you grow. He talked about how important commitment is to make yourself do something you want.
